Best time to visit Phoenix
Phoenix has a sub tropical arid climate and due to very high temperatures, the summer season is the worst time to visit. The temperatures soar to 100°F between June and late September. From October to May, the weather is not too hot, or humid. Visitors are taken on tours to look at the various cactus and tall Saguaro that abounds in this season. Temperatures drop to 70°F in winter and this is a popular tourist center in winter. From September through April, the weather is mild and pleasant.
From March to May, tourists can visit the Desert Botanical Gardens when arid plants bloom and view the diverse species that grow during this time. Tourists can head to the South Mountain Part or visit the various museums and the Mystery Castle located at the base of the South Mountains. Winter is therefore the ideal time to visit Phoenix. The other option is to visit during late autumn and early spring.
